HSE Management Systems & Governance

We develop and maintain HSE policies, manuals and management plans and define clear HSE organization structures and role-responsibilities from site level up to executive leadership. We also establish KPIs, dashboards and a regular reporting cadence, plus a robust permit-to-work framework and Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure consistent governance and control.

Risk Management & Hazard Control

We conduct site risk assessments and facilitate HAZID/HAZOP studies where applicable, provide Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and task risk assessment templates, and apply Bow-Tie analysis and a hierarchy-of-controls approach to mitigate critical scenarios.

Permit-to-Work (PTW) & LOTO

We design and implement PTW programs for electrical, hot work, confined space and other high-risk activities, develop Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures with isolation verification protocols, and perform permit audits, compliance checks and formal permit closeout processes.

Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis

We establish incident and near-miss reporting workflows and investigation templates, deliver structured RCA using methods such as 5-Whys or TapRooT, track CAPAs, and ensure lessons learned are captured and integrated back into operations.

Training & Competency Development

We create competency matrices and role-based training plans with record keeping, deliver toolbox talks, leadership HSE coaching and behavioral-safety programs, and run simulation workshops and on-site competency validation to build and verify skills.

QA/QC, Inspections & ITPs

We implement QA/QC frameworks and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), provide vendor inspection support and welding/NDT coordination with clear acceptance criteria, and manage non-conformances through corrective actions aimed at reducing rework.

Asset Integrity & RBI

We perform risk-based inspection (RBI) planning and criticality ranking, manage corrosion and thickness survey programs, offer fitness-for-service advice, and deliver integrity dashboards with lifecycle and maintenance recommendations.

Audits, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

We execute internal and external HSE and quality audits and gap assessments, support MOC and compliance tracking for regulatory readiness, and run KPI-driven improvement loops with concise executive reporting to close performance gaps.
