These Terms govern your use of https://www.fencearabia.com and initial inquiries submitted through the Site. Fence Arabia provides technical and management consultancy for the oil & gas sector, project support from planning through execution, and operation & maintenance services. Any actual engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement. - Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site or submitting an inquiry you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information. - Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not perform automated scraping, hacking, upload obscene or unlawful material, or otherwise harm our servers or other users. - Inquiries & Uploaded Documents
Contact form submissions are requests for information and do not create a binding contract. Uploaded files (RFQs, documents) will be used to evaluate and respond to your request. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless arrangements for secure handling have been agreed. - Intellectual Property
Site content is the property of Fence Arabia or its licensors. Content is for personal viewing only; any reuse, republication or redistribution requires prior written permission. - Confidentiality & Processing
We treat information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless there is a separate written agreement, Fence Arabia is not responsible for confidential information you submit without agreed protections. - Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the Site is error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fence Arabia will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. - Force Majeure & Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Parties should seek to resolve disputes amicably first; if unresolved, disputes may be referred to Saudi courts or arbitration as agreed.
